Blockchain Community. Launching a Secure & Engaging Blockchain-Powered Platform
SO-COL is a next-generation Web3 platform that empowers creators by directly connecting them with their fans through blockchain technology. Our mission is to disrupt the creator economy, providing a seamless way for creators to receive support while enabling fans to share in their community’s success.

Overview
When designing the SO-COL platform, the key objectives were:
- Simplifying Web3 Interaction – Creating an intuitive interface for users, even those with no blockchain experience.
- Strengthening Creator–Fan Engagement – Providing seamless tools for interaction, including community voting, NFT subscriptions, and digital collections.
- Ensuring Transparency and Decentralization – Visualizing Web3 mechanics (smart contracts, tokens, governance) to build trust and user confidence.
- Establishing Flexibility and Scalability – Developing a design system with adaptable components for future platform updates and expansions.
- Optimizing User Journeys – Crafting well-thought-out user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to reduce entry barriers and enhance engagement.
The design needed to combine modern aesthetics, UX-focused solutions, and blockchain functionality, making the platform appealing to both experienced Web3 users and newcomers.

- A big portion of their profit goes to the platform they currently use, cutting the profit significantly.
- Currently, creators need to rely on brand deals to secure their income.
- Oftentimes, they need to manage multiple platforms, which is time consuming.
Fan:
- There is a lacking sense of community. Feels more like a one-sided relationship.
- Would like to connect with and support their favorite creators, as well as meet likeminded people.
- Lack of initiatives, events, or virtual gatherings that facilitate interactions.
